For many years the Church Office served as the hub for church and membership management and support. This function is now the responsibility of the Office of Administrative Services (OAS). The office is committed to the church’s vision, mission, goals, and objectives by transforming how we work within the church to deliver services to our church and community. OAS is in Lower-Level, Room 3A at 2031 West Baltimore Street in Baltimore, Maryland, and is led by the Church Administrator.

The Administrator works daily to oversee, manage, and coordinate activities, programs, and services. One of the office’s principal functions is to provide a plethora of administrative support services for the Senior Pastor, Executive Leadership Team, and congregation to fulfill the church's mandate and meet the needs of the church and community. OAS is home to a wide range of program areas. In addition to overseeing internal administrative policies and procedures, OAS is responsible for managing communications, maintaining the church’s internal directives, and developing workplace initiatives, including membership, employee, and volunteer oversight and maintenance. OAS manages, oversees, supports, or provides assistance as needed in the areas below.
