This is what we do.

Office Management

We maintain official church records, stock office supplies, and oversee the maintenance of office and computer equipment, including records retention and disaster recovery planning. 

Operations Support

We notify the congregation and staff about building maintenance and contractor and vendor management projects that may interfere with or prohibit use of our facilities or that warrant building closings.

Membership Management

We maintain and safeguard all personal membership data for all members. We maintain the church's membership software application, Servant Keeper.

Facility Management

We oversee the day-to-day operations, maintain equipment and supplies, and answer and refer calls and messages. We coordinate outside use of our facilities for special life-events.
